When the main leaders are not on the compound; the 1st, 2nd , 3rd , or the 4th standby leaders are responsible for the management of the program 10. All the electricity except security lights will be turned off by 23:00 (11:00 p.m.) so, everybody must be in their assigned area no later than 22:30 (10:30 p.m.) 11. Notice: Notice this the people in the program is not here to protect and serve people or is it here to try to save people. The main goal is to try to protect people as if Jesus Christ was on earth. But we will not be like Christ; just try to copy his love for all humans, animals, and the environment in large. I would say that 1 of the purpose of this program is to avoid situations that leads to these situations. For assistance we expect that the governments and the citizens should do their parts to protect and save their lives. We are just here to provide the necessary assistance for the government and citizens of those countries that would be protected by me and my team. * Subject to change
TaxTo the addition to the tax you pay to the government, citizens would need to pay roughly 1.5 % extra tax to this program, so I will be sorry for the incoviennce for any family, but I guarantee this it will help you in the long run. At the end of the day most of the money will be sent back to the community anyway. Employment for the programI am looking to fill jobs with people with or without the neccessary skills and experience; so, as to provide training for people entering into the work force for the first time and those that has been looking for jobs for the past 8 years or more. I aspect that they will be trained with the most experienced professional in each of these career; with this jobs will be switched monthly or bi-monthly for employees; while the professionals will change their careers every 3-4 months. The goal is to make each person well rounded in every career they encounter; and, also to gain alot of skills that they can use in their own family. To provide more jobs for the outside world for more people to get jobs with the skills and experience needed for those jobs out there. |
