I am interested in applying for a summer internship
position. I am currently attending Prince George's Community college
studying graphic design, after I transferred from Anne Arundel
Community college. Which I majored in general technology, but I
concentrated on graphic design and film
I have had a great deal of experience in film, which I have
worked in Maryland and California. On stage, I have performed
operating the boom microphone, handling with the actors portfolios.
In the graphical design field, I have worked at Anne Arundel
Community College, and I was able to morph two images together for
the school newspaper.
Last summer, I worked as as a movie extra on the set of Step up 2:
The streets. Also I performed a role as an audience on deal or no
deal, and on American Gladiator at California. I am seeking to
complement this filmmaking/graphical design experience with the
internship in order to acquire the background necessary for a future
career in entertainment industry.
I believe that I would be an asset to your company/program. This
internship would provide me with the ideal opportunity to assist at
your organization and to expand my artistic skills.
