Q: What is your strengths?
A: When I am working on a project; I will do my best to complete it on time, and make sure it is completely flawless. Also I would work as hard as possible to make sure that the project is eye catching for customers to look at the product or services offered for them to buy the product or the services we offer.
Q: What is your weakness?
A: Being organized, I may not meet deadlines because I would like to make sure that my project is flawless with little or no error.
Q: How would you work on your weakness to become your strength?
A: I would work on be organize by arranging my work area so, I can easily get what I need to get at the appropiate time.
Q: What motivates you?
A: Experience in the field would definetly motivate me to come to work everyday, and not only that but, being around people who has same dream of fulfilling the same project. And having customers being satisfied with the companies achievements and successes with their struggles.
Q: Do you prefer to work independently or in a team
A: I would love to work in a team; because I believe with a group of people we can work together to make the project eye catching and effective for customers to view and appreciate hard work done with the staff. But if I have to work independently; I will do my best to get the work done within the set period time.
Q: What is your short term goal?
A: I would like to gain enough reputation in the job that will provide other employers to acknowledge my diligency in the work I do; and so to gain my master degree in digital media and psychology.
Q: What is you long term goal?
A: I would like to own my own production company; while, gaining the reputation at work and my fellow collegues both at work and my personal life. And spend enough time with my family and friends.

A: If possible own my own program called QLES(Quatum League of Earth Survivals) and the money I make from this company and any other jobs I would have will go to those who needed most.
