If I can get management with the proper training, I would like to be placed as a manager(managerial like) job, but I would like to the jobs that my subordinates are doing. So, what I am saying in a nutshell is that I will have the duty of a manager or supervisor. But I will basically be doing work with my subordinates as if I am part of them, also getting the actual pay of what you hired me for.
Sorry, I will not to work at home jobs.
The focus here is energy and attention. The extravert prefers to focus on the outer world of people and things. They are usually very verbal type people. Enjoy conversation and being connected with people. They usually have a wide circle of friends and acquaintances.
Often when they have a problem to solve they will go to another person and talk it over with them, get their opinion and many times act on it.
Since their energy is directed outward they need people and situations that will promote it in order to keep up their energy level. They often like to talk on the phone, and hate interruptions.
American society is composed of about 75% extraverts. We reward them in our society, and often give them gold stars for being in the limelight.
They usually respond quickly to things, and sometimes speak off the "top of their head." That can get them in trouble, and often does.
You can usually tell an extravert by the way they enter the room. They will always announce themselves somehow. Pat someone on the back, or kick over a chair.
When they lose an item, they will announce it. If there is a search for the item they will include everyone in the search.
Perhaps you know such a person, or are extrovert yourself. After all our society seems to be full of them.
